1. Seller

The bilete.acsb.ro platform is operated by ACSB Events SRL, Str. Manejului nr. 4, Sibiu, Romania, VAT no. RO32366957, Trade Register J32/914/2013, e-mail office@acsb.ro (“the Seller”). Events are organised by ACSB Events or by partner organisers named on each event page and on the ticket (“the Organiser”); in all cases tickets are sold and collected by ACSB Events SRL, which is responsible for issuing tickets and for refunds under the terms below.

2. Tickets

A ticket gives one person access to the event, date and venue printed on it. Tickets are personal (the attendee’s name is printed on them) and are delivered by e-mail as a PDF with a QR code, which is scanned once at the entrance. A ticket whose QR code has already been scanned does not grant access again. Keep the ticket safe: anyone who shows it first will be admitted. Reduced-price tickets require proof of eligibility at the entrance (student card, pension card, etc.).

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in Romanian lei and include VAT. Payment is made by card through Revolut Business; the Organiser does not store card details. Seats are held for 15 minutes while you pay; if payment is not completed, the order expires and the seats are released.

4. Right of withdrawal and refunds

Under art. 16 (l) of Government Emergency Ordinance 34/2014 (Directive 2011/83/EU), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure services with a specific date — tickets cannot be returned or exchanged once bought. If the Organiser cancels the event, the full price is refunded to the card used for payment. If the event is rescheduled, tickets remain valid for the new date; buyers who cannot attend may request a refund within 7 days of the announcement.

5. Invoices

The ticket is the proof of payment. An invoice can be requested when ordering (company or individual) and is issued on the details provided.

6. Conduct and liability

The Organiser may refuse entry or remove persons who disturb the event, without refund. Filming or recording the event is not allowed without the Organiser’s consent. The programme may change for reasons beyond the Organiser’s control.

7. Complaints
