ACSB Events SRL (Sibiu, Str. Manejului nr. 4, office@acsb.ro) processes the data you enter when buying tickets — buyer name, e-mail, phone, attendee names and, if you request an invoice, billing details — in order to issue and deliver the tickets, check them at the entrance, issue invoices and keep the accounting records required by law (art. 6 (1) (b) and (c) GDPR).

Payment is processed by Revolut Bank UAB (Revolut Business); we receive only the confirmation and reference of the payment, never your card details. E-mails are sent through Microsoft 365, and the data is stored on servers in the European Union (Supabase, Frankfurt; Vercel).

Order and ticket data is kept for the period required by accounting law (currently 5 years after the end of the financial year). You have the right to access, rectify or erase your data, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability and to lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP).
